IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of Tuesday, April 14, we are temporarily CLOSED, including online ordering. We, like many others around the country, are experiencing a shortage of Crowler cans. We expect to receive a shipment this week and will reopen as soon as we can. In the meantime, please continue to support the other Polk County breweries and your local small businesses. Stay healthy!
We are finally picking up where we abruptly left off in March after a wildly successful Grand Opening. We are so excited to have you once again be able to come in and stay for a bit!
Because we are still, as a state and a country, making a measured return to our normal routines, we want to share with you what to expect when you come to the taproom. First, and foremost, keeping you and our staff safe is of the utmost importance. We will be strictly following the state's mandated rules, CDC guidelines and our own internal policies to make sure that happens. We will update this page as things change. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!
-
We are operating with LIMITED capacity, both inside and out. Indoor occupancy will be at no more than 50% with tables at least 6' apart. Outdoor groups must be seated and also be at least 6' apart from one another. Whether inside or out, no more than 10 in a group.
-
We know kids love to run around, but we must ask that they stay with their families, even outside. Groups/families must stay together.
-
Bar seating is a favorite spot for many. We have not resumed bar seating or standing. Once you arrive, we will guide you further on seating options and where/how to order. Our tables are spread out to meet standards and should stay exactly as they are arranged.
-
Although growler fills are still off limits for the time being, we will continue to fill 32 oz Crowlers for you. (Crowler fills are temporarily unavailable.) Online and walk-in to-go orders are still very welcome!
-
Only credit/debit cards are accepted. You will be able to swipe your own card and sign electronically with a sanitized stylus. Cash is still not being accepted at this time.
-
Hand sanitizer will be placed around the taproom and at the bar. Our staff will continue to regularly sanitize surfaces inside and outside.
Please be patient with our staff and one another – this is an unusual way to operate our business and we want to keep our doors open for you. We will adhere strictly to these rules and guidelines, including capacity limits.
Cheers!

July 23rd UPDATE: The Florida Department of Professional & Business Regulation (DBPR) issued an state-wide Emergency Order stating that all businesses that derive more than 50% of their revenue from alcohol sales must again close to onsite consumption.
We are saddened by the news, as we have taken the CDC and state-mandated restrictions and safety precautions very seriously and enforced them in our taproom. Regardless, we must follow this new Order and return to to-go sales only.
Please use our Online Ordering system to place your 32 oz. Crowler order for pick-up in the taproom or curbside delivery. Walk-in orders are still also very welcome.
We are in the process of determining what our temporary days/hours will be and will post them soon. Continue to monitor this space or our Facebook page for the latest updates.
There are still a few things to adhere to as you visit to order/pick-up your Crowlers:
-
While in the taproom, parties must remain at least 6' apart from one another.
-
Only credit/debit cards are accepted. You will be able to swipe your own card and sign electronically with a sanitized stylus. Cash is still not being accepted at this time.
-
Hand sanitizer is available at the bar and our staff will continue to regularly sanitize the doors and other surfaces you may come in contact with.
Lastly, but certainly not the least important, we appreciate your continued business and support. In the short time we've been open, you've helped us start to become the community gathering spot we envisioned when we started this venture. We've gotten to know many of you and your families. We've welcomed new guests each and every day. We will get through this latest development and will have you back in for a pint or two as soon we are able to.
Cheers!
